We created this playlist early in the COVID-19 pandemic in an effort to help the candidates, employers, and others using College Recruiter adapt.
For a time, most Americans, Canadians, and residents of other nations were self-quarantining to help slow down the spread of coronavirus. Many employers were struggling to adapt their internship and new grad hiring programs. They didn't want to rescind offers. They didn't want to layoff people. But some struggled to figure out what they could do without having the resources to pay or manage those people.
At the same time, candidates were struggling. Some were about to start searching but didn't know where to start. Others were interviewing and even received offers but had not yet started and weren't sure if there would be a job for them to go to. And others were employed but fearful that they'd lose their jobs.
Finally, college career service office professionals struggle to help advise those employers and candidates.
This playlist is intended to benefit all three groups.
